i was recently lucky enough to photograph some her new head
piece & veils for a twenty four (yes 24 pages!!!) page spread for
the lovely magazine MUNALUCHI BRIDAL MAGAZINE…

“I’m currently obsessed with decadent laces, beading and soft silk fabrics. My mind is constantly abuzz with new design concepts and projects I’d like to pursue. I have several large projects and collaborations in the works and cannot wait to reveal them over the next year. In addition, the 2012 Twigs & Honey Collection has been brewing for half a year already and I am so excited to share it – I promise there will be lots of surprises.

When I’m not busy with Twigs & Honey, I enjoy leisurely walks, running, gardening, and spending time with my husband. My current obsession is cooking all natural vegan dishes.

Twigs & Honey pieces are a mix of romance, whimsy and femininity. The collections include headpieces, fascinators, veils and more. The pieces are handmade in Salem, OR with attention to detail, design and quality.”

her creative spirit is a combination of innate talent & lots of hard work… MYRA’s
designs are a constant marriage of often times, dichotomous styles….she continually
strives to create innovative and exciting new pieces that cater to all personalities…..
MYRA has designed exclusive pieces for BHLDN and was commissioned by Ann Taylor
to design and create handmade paper flowers for their window displays and accessory
moments nationwide….additionally, she has been a Featured Seller on Etsy…..

last night i dreamt about my wedding dress….not my wedding….but my dress….i woke up feeling pretty….isn’t it amazing how a dress can transform a girl…transform a moment….a memory….so today i am dress dreaming….& i thought i’d give a little love to the lovely woman who designed my wedding gown….thank you KIRSTIE KELLY….i love my dress….as much today as it sits sweetly in my closet, as i did the day i became a wife….wishing you all lots of lovely dress dreams…xoxo
